Cupping is an alternative therapy that uses suction cups to stimulate your skin and muscles. The suction promotes increased blood circulation, which may help relieve muscle tension, promote cell repair, and aid in other regeneration.
In the Cupping Massage Class, you learn the history, different styles of cups, and techniques on how to perform cupping massages. You will also demonstrate a cupping massage.
Cupping Set to order for class will be $50 additional fees. Will need to place order three weeks before class starts to make sure have in time.

Hot Stone Therapy is a style of massage where heated stones are placed at specific sites on your body to deepen relaxation and promote circulation in your muscles. Muscles that are heated with these stones release tension and stress much more deeply and quickly than with a traditional massage. The overall experience is very relaxing, nurturing, and rejuvenating.
In the Hot Stone Massage Class, you learn the techniques on how to perform hot stone massages. You will also demonstrate a hot stone massage.
10 students maximum for classes. Massage tables and stones will be provided. Students will need to bring their own sheets and oil / lotions. Students may bring their own stones if already have some.

In this course you will learn to either or both how to start your business and or different ways to market your private practice / massage establishment.
You will leave with knowledge of the steps to start your own business and or different ways of marketing your business. Will receive hands on experience making flyers and social media advertisements using a social media program in the marketing business class if not in the how to start your own business.
Each student will need to bring their own laptop.
